Maya Okonkwo
Design director · type & systems
Maya leads identity and editorial systems. She spent six years at Pentagram and ran the design system at Substack before starting Vectorline. She thinks in tokens and writes in long sentences.
Vectorline is small on purpose. Every project goes through the same four hands — no juniors learning on your dime, no account managers translating between you and the team. You hire us; you get us.

Engineering · slow software
Jonas builds the things Maya draws. Former staff engineer at Vercel, contributor to a handful of static-site tools you've probably used. Believes most websites should be 200KB and load in under a second.
Product · interaction & motion
Priya designs the parts of the product people actually touch. She came up at Linear and spent two years freelancing in Tokyo. She runs the studio's motion language and writes our internal interaction principles.
Strategy & writing
Eli runs discovery and writes everything that ends up on the page. Former editor at The Atlantic, then content lead at Stripe Press. He's the reason our briefs are short and our buttons say what they do.
We take on roughly six projects a year. The best ones start with a short note about what you're building and why now.
